I sound like that giant nose in the decongestant advertisement.
Also, Shimon Peres has cause me delays twice in two days.

Facebook moved near my work and guess where he visited today.
ANYWAY...

Still, have managed the better part of 8 hours at work. Had to cancel tonight's class (a special degree program for a local company facilitated by SJSU) but the schedule is flexible so we haven't actually "lost" any time.

Tired and going home so I can go to bed.

Hmmm, anything interesting to update?
(1) Fitocracy - if you like to work out, I highly recommend joining Fitocracy. It's fun to track progress and the folks there have great discussions.
(2) In the spirit of tracking, I ran/walked 3 miles yesterday morning (12 90 second jogging intervals,) had a coffee, then jogged home - a little less than a mile.

Probably will do weights and the recumbent bike at home tonight if I feel up for it. If not, I will sleep. I could go running (which actually does wonderful things for a head cold) as I bought a nify headlamp on sale this weekend at REI.

Might send the GF out to get some Thai soup. Spice food is the best curative.

Thanks for the Fitocracy recommendation. I've never heard of it, and I'm always looking for new ideas and inspiration for improving my health.

Thai food sounds awesome and soup is perfect for being sick anyway. Good plan!
