Weekend cuisine.
Apr. 1st, 2012 08:29 pm- Returned to the US Friday evening. Immediately had to have a burrito for dinner.
- Saturday I taught - two plasma physics lectures. Post class ethnic dish - palak paneer.
- The main event for today was a 2.8mile jog followed by a 13 mile bike ride in quite the nasty headwind. I broke the pattern and had a baked potato at a BBQ restaurant. Definitely American.
The jog/bike ride was near Quarry Lakes in Fremont. Gorgeous space I will be visiting next weekend as well.
A bit sleepy; need to upload documents to the class website. Newfoundland pictures soon!
