I made banana pecan bread and it was delicious! The pumpkin loaf, sadly, while tasty had a catastrophic structural failure (not pictured.)

Freshwater!

Earlier this month we went in the San Francisco bay (not too far from the airport, actually) and the kayaks were covered in salt when we took them out, shocking the park ranger inspecting them (they are trying to prevent some sort of mussel from invading the reservoir.

As someone who spends more time barefoot than not, I'm fascinated by the "toe shoes" (as one of the kids at church calls them).
