Received an offer on the Tin Can and will be signing it tomorrow.
Hopefully the sale goes through without any issues and without me having to write a check to pay off the mortgage (it's borderline break-even.)

120k loss but a chapter closes and I can move forward a bit lighter weight.

Absolutely. I haven't lived there since October and it's been vacant since November. Glad that someone will utilize it.
